Bread making

This term we linked our Geography topic 'Around the World' and our DT topic 'Bread Making'. We researched a variety of European and non-European countries and the children chose one that they would like to represent when choosing flavours for their bread. We had Welsh bread containing Welsh goat's cheese and leeks, Japanese bread with ginger and sesame seeds, American oreo and M&M bread and even German bread with sausage!

The children's families were invited to share their learning this term and of course to sample their delicious creations!
