Striving to be the best we can!
We hope you are all well and have had a good bank holiday weekend.
This week would have been the children’s SATS week in school. As this is an important event in the life of a Year 6 we wanted to ‘celebrate’ it by having a little bit of fun. So for this week we will be introducing…‘Silly SATS!’ Each day we will release a paper (or two) in line with the normal SATS timetable. However these SATS are anything but normal! We hope that they will put a smile onto the children’s faces and will keep them going through this difficult time.
Silly SATS are completely optional – use them as you see fit. Please use them alongside/instead of the other work the children have been completing on BBC Bitesize and Maths No Problem.
We will post the Silly SATS on Dojo, as well as on the website – they are slightly personal for each class 6B/6A so please make sure you access the correct one for your child. We have also produced a Home Learning Mat to support the SATS week.
Good luck and have fun! We hope to see lots of pictures on Dojo to see what you have been up to!
