Bread making update!
Today we've developed our bread making skills by making bread with added ingredients! We've designed bread to represent the flavours of different countries we've been learning about in our Geography topic. We've used a variety of ingredients from fresh basil to chocolate chips (not together in the same bread!) Below are some photos of us in action.
Parents are invited to taste our creations on Monday (14th) from 2:30 pm.
Today, year 5 have been practising their bread making skills. They followed a recipe to make white bread rolls. The children had to weigh out their ingredients, mix their ingredients and knead the bread. They then let it rise before it went into the oven.
The children were super and the rolls look super tasty!
